finally clocked 40 plus plus hours of F&B work

it just means that when you are there, you do eveerything even if it's not your job.
esp yesterday, i think i break my own record
i stood for 13.5 - 0.5(LUNCH!) = 13 hours without sitting. HAHA!
up till now i still cant believe it myself!
